Shipping Information

Any stock on hand orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Custom orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Please note large orders/bulk orders will take longer to process. We ship with NZ Post so delivery times depend on their standard delivery times. All items will include a tracking number which will be sent as soon as the package is on its way to you. There is free shipping for orders over $70. We also offer free pick up from Ohaupo, We also offer free Local Delivery throughout Cambridge, Te Awamutu and Waipa (Delivery days Vary)

Returns Policy We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully. If your item/s arrived damaged please keep everything including the box, slip and all contents including wrapping and contact us as soon as possible. Personalised items won't be refunded. If for some reason we are unable to complete your order we will offer you a refund if a replacement item cannot be agreed upon. Refund policy We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us via email. Faulty Goods: If, unfortunately, you receive faulty goods Please notify us of any faulty or damaged items by emailing sales@ants3d.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your order. Replacement items are subject to availability, and if the exact item is not in stock, we'll keep you informed about the expected delivery date. Change of Mind: We understand that sometimes decisions change. However, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns, so we encourage you to choose your items carefully. Return Procedure: For faulty or damaged goods, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at Sales@ants3d.co.nz If applicable, we will provide you with a paid return courier bag along with your replacement product. Ensure that all damaged goods are returned in their original and unused condition, with their original packaging, within 7 days of receiving the return courier bag. Shipping Costs: For returns due to faulty or damaged goods, we cover the shipping costs, including a paid return courier bag. For returns unrelated to faults or damages, customers are responsible for their own shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.
